Vital 3 points

Today's game at Pittodrie was a real 6 pointer. A win and we would move 9 points clear of bottom club Falkirk, defeat and we would be only 3 points clear. The worry was which Aberdeen side would show up. The team that battled against Celtic, Hibs, Hearts (in January) and Dundee United, or the flops who have shown up for most of the last 15 games. We needed to win the game, did not matter if it was scrappy a win was more important than the performance.
We did not sound to be under too much pressure and Steven Macleans goal was enough to give us the vital 3 points. We did not play silky football but got stuck in when it mattered. We made a few bad passes in the game but we lived to fight another day.
Now with the threat of Relegation more or less gone hopefully with the pressure off we can go out and enjoy the rest of the season and pick up a few more points.
Mark Mcghee is still fighting for his future and I still need convinced he deserves to be here next season.
If he is still here I hope he gets his act together and signs some players and does not mess around trying to get players we can't afford or who don't want to come here like he did last summer. Seemed to put all his eggs in 1 basket and when we never got the players we were left with a couple of panic buys.
