Today I saw a team that wanted to win, and played some good football. Unfortunately it was not Aberdeen, it was an u13 girls team.
Aberdeen could learn a thing or 2 from them.
We scored against the run of play and never really pushed to kill off the game.
Aberdeen looked like they were too scared to lose the game, which was strange since they were already safe from the dreaded drop. It was a scrappy goal but Maclean almost scored a 2nd when the ball cracked off the bar.
But apart from that we seemed content to just sit back and let Saint Johnstone come at us. In the end we got what we deserved.
If this is the sort of entertaining football Mcghee is planning to have us play then all I can say is FAIL.....Next Please.
