Well the Rangers fans can continue to wave their Silence of the Lambs since 1991 flag for another year as Aberdeen failed to get anything from the game at Ibrox.
I thought the team battled well but gave the ball away far too much and the final ball to the forwards was terrible. Darren Mackie scored a consolation goal but that was the only shot that really troubled Alan Mcgregor in the Rangers goal. It was good to see Jack Grimmer get his debut but I had to question if it was wise to bring in such a young player in a game against Rangers at Ibrox when we were all ready 3-1 down. Luckily he did well and we did not give up anymore goals after he came on.
Rangers now need 2 more wins to wrap up the SPL title while Aberdeen are looking over their shoulders at Falkirk. The Dons need 3 more wins (9 points) to make sure of safety.
It will be a nervy finish to the season and hopefully the dismal Dons will be up for the battle.
With Saint Johnstone who are still going for the top 6 up next, Sunday's game will be another tough battle.
