Failure to Kill(ie) off the ghost of JC

I never got to hear the whole game because I was working but it sounded like we started off well and took a well deserved lead into the half time break. A really good strike from Mark Kerr giving us the lead. But as has happened so often this season a completely different Aberdeen team showed up after the break. The Aberdeen that don't seem to care and play like they are playing the sport for the 1st time.
If there is 1 team we really wanted to beat it was Killie, because of old Aberdeen gaffer Jimmy Calderwood being at the helm. Not that I have anything against him but it makes a mockery of us when the man we fired last season comes back and wins 2 out of 3 games against us.
But we failed and poor defending once again cost us. With the crowd being the lowest ever SPL crowd at Pittodrie it is worrying to see how Aberdeen can win the fans back. OK there will be more than that come next season but many are already lost.
The board, Willie Miller and Mark Mcghee if the latter 2 are still there next season have a massive task on their hands. A slow start to the new season could spell disaster.
Mcghee says he has never failed at a club, but in my eyes and many other Dons supporters eyes this season has been an epic fail.
I have my doubts if he can turn things around but I will be backing him (if he is still in charge) and the team come August 15th when the new season starts.
